Hot boiled Bulgarian potatoes, lovely with a little sirene (Bulgarian white goats cheese) spread on the top. We just couldn't wait to get tucked in, but we all wish we hadn't. We were talking Chinese for the next five minutes as this wonderful chemical free food was being juggled about in our mouths. It was piping hot, but we couldn't wait. We all had blisters in the roofs of out mouth later that evening wishing we had more patience.

Hot Potatoes
Hot boiled Bulgarian potatoes, lovely with a little sirene (Bulgarian white goats cheese) spread on the top. We just couldn't wait to get tucked in, but we all wish we hadn't.
