Boiler Broken - Again

Midday and just had a jog, the boiler had been switched on early in the morning for some warm water after I had got back. After all this being cut off with water and ice over the last two weeks, it was quite a luxury to have to opportunity of a shower. In the wet room for the shower only to find that there wasn't any hot water! Apparently the boiler now wasn't working, there was no electric getting through to heat the element. Another call now for someone to come and have a look at it, and of course, no shower!
