Flimsy Shopping Bag Liner

Emptying the kitchen waste bin this morning it is usually lined with a flimsy supermarket plastic shopping bag. As the handles were taken up and pulled upwards the bottom split and the contents spilled into the plastic bin. The whole mess had to be bundled into another plastic bag and taken out and the waste bin cleaned out and dried before another liner put in.
