Wrong Queue in Chemist

It was off to the chemist for some prescribed drugs, we go to the cheapest one, but then so does everyone else. It was packed out with people queuing, we chose the shortest queue, naturally. 20 minutes later we were still standing in the queue while the other four queues all moved faster than ours. If we had chosen any other queue than the one we decided upon, we would have been waiting half the time.
