The electronic cigarette I ordered on eBay arrived from Hong Kong today, it was a present for Galia who is trying to give up conventional cigarettes. All was fine until I found out that the adaptor didn’t come with it and you can’t get it in Bulgaria. No chance of getting my money back and a product that I can‘t do anything with now and the postage costs to get the adaptor over it too expensive now.

first of all, this is the easiest way to quit smoking and it's not only about that. Let's face it and be open-minded for some people ''which it's sad to say'' they cant quit and control smoking even if there sick already they still smoke.
