Flooded Tomatoes

Flooded TomatoesImage via Wikipedia

There was a great deal of rainfall over the last two or three days and I didn’t need to check the crops, as I knew they didn’t need watering and it was too muddy to walk and check them anyway. After three days without checking I went to see only to find that the tomatoes that were containerised had been flooded and all drooped because the drain holes had been block up. I fear that they may not recover. Two months of growing wasted because of this.
